Southern Touch Payment Procedure (All Ages Competition)

 

Please find below an escalation process for team fee collection.

At ST we aim to provide equal opportunity for all members to participate in our great sport and have a quality game day experience. This requires us to ensure all team fees are collected. If your team is unable to meet these requirements, please contact us directly ([email protected]) to arrange a payment plan.

 

  • Teams are required to pay a $200 deposit after completing the registration process, and prior to the start of Round 1.

 

  • The complete team entry fee of $1350 (Senior Summer), $1450 (Senior Winter) or ($600 (U10's) -$650 (U12's - U16's) Juniors) must be paid prior to the completion of round 4. If this payment is not received on time, ST will remove competition points for any rounds played following round 4.

 

  • If complete team fees aren’t paid (or a payment plan has not been organised) by the completion of round 6, a $50 admin fee will be added to the cost for every round played following round 6.

 

  • If team fees are still not paid (or a payment plan has not been organised) by the completion of round 8, offending teams will be removed from the competition immediately.
